Look at all my goodies!!

Antonio del Weasley sent me a fantastic package! I truly feel spoiled rotten! The bag is great and the yarn is awesome! The colors are Mad Eye and Nymphorda I can't wait to start a pair of socks. He sent me some Knit Picks Harmony needles, some candy for the kids which is mostly gone a folder of great patterns with the Rivendell socks that are going to be on my needles very soon! I also got a new ornament that will hang on my Christmas tree that is a witch with a pumpkin and she is holding a book of knitting spells! Thank you so much!!!! I love everything!!

So my kit is almost done I have 2 more things to pick up and then it will be out in the owl post by the end of the week. I have been so busy the last few weeks getting swaps finished and work and kids there is not enough of me to go around!! Now I am off the bed before I get into trouble!! Happy knitting!

I didn't realize that it had been so long since I had posted things have been so busy studying and trying to get this round of HSS wrapped up! I have my pals package almost all ready to go I have a few more things to pick up but other than that I am good to go. I hope to get her package out by next week! I got a weekend pass so I am using it this weekend to go home and visit the muggle parents!! I hope to get some actual knitting done this weekend!! My brother is telling me that my niece needs a new blanket so I guess I will be working on that and some socks of course. Have a great weekend!!

Back for another term!

Well I made my way back to hogwarts for another term!! I can't wait to get started on spoiling my pal!! I have a lot going on right now swap wise I am also in the Hogwarts Sock Swap and a Halloween Sock Kit Swap over on swap-bot. I know this term is going to be fun!!! The Owl has landed

I got a wonderful package from Madam Ferula Finnigan! The owl was so tired I let the poor thing rest before letting it fly off again.
It was all wrapped so beautifully that I didn't want to open it but I couldn't help myself I had to see all the goodies that were waiting for me!

The bag is great I know it will get used for all kinds of projects, My favorite needles addi turbo size 1 that will go wonderfully with the new yarn from Selana's store the gryffindor colorway is beautiful and it is so soft! Maybe a pattern from the Little Box of sock she sent me! The bath beads are great the box says for the next McPotions class. I love the coffee mug unfortunately it was broken during shipping but I can fix it right up so I will be drinking my morning cup in there.The bookmarks will come in very handy I love the read and never have enough bookmarks! I already have the little memo pad in my purse ready with a list for the store. The magnet is on the fridge I had to get it away from DS#3 he thinks it's cool

I didn't get to go to hogsmeade last weekend because of my foot but some of my friends brought me back some goodies. It gave me time to get knitting on my pals bag! I got about 5 rows done and realized that I screwed up the pattern so I had to rip it all out. I didn't start it over yet but that is coming tomorrow I hope to get it done by Sunday. It has been a pretty quiet week not much going on. What a week

Where to start, Since I didn't have enough to do I took over the Hogwarts Sock Swap. I am up to my neck in paper work with no spells to help! 2 weeks ago I fell down my basement stairs trying to find my wand one of the boys had it down there trying out new spells on his brother. After a trip to St Mungos they told me it wasn't broken, I wasn't so sure I thought it very much was, so a trip to a different healer was in order. and guess what it is broken and there is not enough skele-grow to fix it so they put me in a muggle cast for 6 weeks!! Can you believe it a muggle cast! So now I can only get to my computer for short periods of time. The only good thing is that I will get a lot of studying and knitting done!! Happy knitting!!

One of my little wizards has passed along strep throat to my as well as my wh as if having a broken foot wasn't enough! So there is not much to report at the Enchanting manor. I recived an owl over the weekend, my letter contained my HSKS swap pal's info so exciting. My pal is a Ravenclaw. I have been putting things together for her owl and I am torn between dying her yarn for her speical or trying to find ravenclaw colors that I like. And then theres the bag Dobby was cleaning up the common room this morning and I asked his opinion. He thought that I should make a big bag in her house colors so she can travel to Diagon Alley and not have to use shopping bags. I think that this is a good idea any opinions?
